Kevin Kashat

Attorney Kevin Kashat is both a member of the State Bar of Michigan and a lifelong resident of Metro Detroit. Mr. Kashat earned his Bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University and subsequently earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Kashat interned at the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office, Forfeiture Division and took part in the law school’s criminal trial clinic where he represented indigent defendants charged with a multitude of misdemeanors. He also received the book award for having the highest grade in his Litigation Technology course.

Mr. Kashat began clerking at the Law Firm of Elia & Ponto in early 2013 and has been exposed to personal injury cases ever since. After graduating from law school, Mr. Kashat passed the Michigan Bar Examination and began representing injured individuals almost immediately. Mr. Kashat takes pride in the close detail he pays every file and the even closer relationship he shares with his clients.
