Zachary M. Thomas, Esq.

Zachary M. Thomas is an associate attorney at Elia & Ponto, PLLC. He practices plaintiff’s side personal injury law. Prior to the practice of law, Zack managed boards and commissions and helped administer elections in a local government setting.

Practice and Philosophy:
Since obtaining his law license, Zack has been representing persons injured in incidents involving negligence, including premises liability, slip-and-fall accidents, general negligence, auto negligence, auto no-fault, animal bites, and other forms of personal injury. Zack’s philosophy is in line with his service background: the client’s interest is paramount. He therefore strives to give each client matter the attention, diligence, and competence it deserves. His clients would agree that he listens closely to their questions and concerns and provides thoughtful, practical counsel.

Zack’s style is meticulous and thorough. He believes that the most valuable assets in a personal injury matter are [1] preparation and [2] leverage, which often follows from that preparation. In his free time, Zack is a serious athlete. He competes in local 5Ks, practices a form of martial arts called Krav Maga, and occasionally instructs newer dancers in several Ballroom and Latin dance styles. He also enjoys chess, strategy games, and learning about history and philosophy.
